The Sail Loft Yoga Studio has windows all around that overlook St. Margaret's Bay, a spectacular setting on Nova Scotia's South Shore. Catherine Guest is certified (500 hrs) to teach hatha-vinyasa yoga. She is an avid outdoorswoman: a cyclist, skier, and kayaker, with training in meditation, shamanism, music and dance.
