Florian Villa Yoga Retreats - St. John, USVI

Located at the Caribbean home of the retreat leaders, Florian Villa. Florian Villa is a beautifully decorated villa overlooking the Caribbean Ocean with breathtaking sunset views. St. John is the smallest of the US Virgin Islands and considered by many the most beautiful and tranquil. Two thirds of the island has been preserved as National Park, providing expanses of undeveloped land for hiking and walking.

Do as much or as little as you like while you are on your retreat. Retreat leaders will offer twice daily yoga and meditation, guided hikes through the National Forest and guided snorkels. Yoga and meditation is led by Deborah, Bernstein, Owner of Roslindale Yoga Studio in Boston, MA http://www.roslindaleyoga.com. Deborah style is an eclectic mix of vinyasa, kundalini, viniyoga and yin. She offers individualized attention and encourages all students to move at their own level. Included in the retreat is a private yoga session and a massage. Ahhh....paper yourself!

Large pool and outdoor wet bar, air-conditioned bedrooms, private bathrooms, expansive decks, indoor and outdoor dining areas, cable/internet. The villa is walking distance from an organic farm and cafe.

You may also relax by the pool or at the beach, shop at the duty-free boutiques, and golf on St. Thomas.

Gourmet vegetarian breakfasts and dinner will be served daily and are included in the cost of the retreat. Non-vegetarian food is also available.
