Christy has over 5-years and 1,000 hours of yoga experience. Her beginning class (Saturdays, 8:00AM) is ideal for anyone interested in learning the fundamentals of yoga. Students will begin to build confidence in their strength, flexibility and abilities to work into more advanced poses and class offerings. Christy has completed her Level 1 and 2 training in Thai Yoga Bodywork and is excited to share this healing practice with Green Lotus community, as well. About Green Lotus: Green Lotus Yoga and Healing Center houses two yoga studios and offers all styles of yoga including Gentle, Hot, Vinyasa, and Hatha. We also offer healing services including acupuncture, reiki, Thai massage and more! A 200-hr yoga teacher training program also offered.
