Sarod player and singer/songwriter Lisa Sangita Moskow performs music and song based on international spiritual themes. Her 15-year training with Ali Akbar Khan (North Indian Classical tradition) and her travels to sacred places have inspired her to create music that celebrates the spirit of divine consciousness in all life. Sangita teaches a Trance Chanting class that uses traditional spiritual chants from many traditions. She also performs musical stories about sacred sites, multicultural dieties and legendary figures.
