Erika is a professor at Cal State University, Fullerton in the Kinesiology & Health Sciences Department. Inspired and trained by Erich Schiffmann, Shiva Rea (Vinyasa), Julian Walker (Core Sequencing), John Friend (Anusara), Sharon Gannon & David Life (Jivamukti) and Paul Grilley (Yin Yoga). Integrated and community-based, Erika is playful and spiritual in her approach to teaching Yoga.
