At HWP, we offer early morning, evening and weekend wellness yoga classes, private sessions and workshops for kids, teens and adults at two locations in Monroe and Holmdel. The yoga postures covered in each class are as follows: warm-up exercises, standing postures, sitting postures, prone postures, forward and backward bends (levels 1 and 2), supine postures, balance postures, spinal twists, inversions, abdominal exercises, sun salutation, and side bending postures. Each class begins with breathing exercises and ends in a meditation session. We offer Yoga programs for weight loss and stress management, Yoga for Beginners, Advanced Yoga, Chair Yoga, Relaxation Yoga, Yoga for Kids, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Family Yoga, Meditation Yoga and much more.
