Classes in a beautiful, spacious setting for Yoga with wood floor and cathedral wood ceiling in St. Gabriel's Church, East Berlin. Classes on Monday evenings @ 6:15 & Thursday evenings: Beginners @ 4:30 , Continuing Students @ 6:15. Liz is a full time Kripalu Certified Yoga teacher who is influenced by Vinyasa (flowing Yoga.) She brings her expertise from working with thousands of yoga students of every body type with her in designing a sequence of postures that works best for each individual class. She has been teaching in Berlin since 1998. You will feel welcome with Liz's delightful style of teaching with humor and individual care. Liz offers Private Appointments; Classes at Corporations, Retirement Homes, Hospitals, and Parties. Vigourous to Gentle, Beginners to Advanced.
