Small Group Relaxation Yoga and Personal Training at"The Studio" in Mt Pearl and Community Group Relaxation Yoga Flow Classes at the Church of Ascension in Mount Pearl Tuesdays 5:30 PM and Thursdays at 10 AM. A gentle non-competitive approach to physical fitness utilizing strength, flexibility stamina and proper body alignment. An added emphasis is placed on breathing and relaxation facilitating tension and stress relief while learning and practicing yoga.
