We offer traditional Ashtanga Yoga classes in the tradition of Sri K Pattahbi Jois as well as Vinyasa Flow, and the infamous It's Yoga Rocket classes founded by San Francisco's Larry Schultz. We also offer classes entitled Moon Flow for your Hips, Back and Belly, Core, Gentle Flow (restorative yoga) and much more. Sasha also hosts It's Yoga Teacher Training certification accredited by the Yoga Alliance at the 200hr level.
