The Spiritual Enlightenment, Love and Friendship Foundation (SELF) facilitates several workshops and retreats based upon the science of yoga. Yoah has been facilitating the Enlightenment Retreats since 1980. The Enlightenment Retreat is held in San Diego, Bali and Australia. The Enlightenment Intensive Retreat combines the ancient raja yoga 'who am I' meditation, with western communication and yoga breath. The Enlightenment Master Teacher Training is a course on enlightenment and how to facilitate the Enlightenment Retreat.
