hanadi ghezraoui & iliana quander combine their expertise in yoga and gyrokinesis to bring you (and up to 8 friends) a 1.5 hour session that works on both subtle internal alignment, posture and breathing as well as presents a dynamically challenging workout for all levels. this is really an in depth class that is challenging yet also very beginner friendly. we give you tools to help you use your entire body more efficiently. just one session can provide you with techniques that you can use immediately and practice for years to come. we love what we do and we love seeing people improve their physical well being which translates easily into overall well being and.....we bring these sessions to YOU at your home or office. sessions are scheduled by appointment so email us today! *cost is $220 per session for up to 8 people (provided space is accomodating). we offer significant 4, 6 and 8 consecutive week discounts as well as seniors and students (15% off ID-- required).
