Yoga By The Sea is one of the most established yoga centers in the tropical beach town of Playa del Carmen, located on the Caribbean coast of Mexico, south of Cancun. For over 10 years, we have presented yoga retreats, ongoing classes and custom yoga vacations in our beautiful penthouse yoga studio overlooking the aqua Caribbean Sea. Our teachers are well-trained and experienced in teaching people of varying ability levels. We believe in non-competitive yoga and support students to approach their practice with loving-kindness while still striving to express the architectural foundation of each pose. We offer 200-hour Yoga Teachers Trainings that are Yoga Alliance-approved. Increasingly popular are custom one-on-one yoga mentoring sessions for yoga teachers already working in the field. Rest and Renewal Vacations, Girlfriend Retreats, combined with cooking and Spanish classes are also available.
