We offer individualized yoga instruction. To encourage regular, daily home practice, we work personally with students to develop a realistic plan for incorporating yoga into their daily life. Our approach is holistic, straightforward, and aims to cultivate inner strength, a supple and stronger body, a balanced and focused mind, and a genuine smile on your face. Additionally, we offer small group classes, a 500 hour teacher training, corporate classes, and workshops.
