Classes welcome beginners to intermediate yoga students and beyond. Teaching classic hatha yoga with modern twist and updated techniques. Emphasis on the anatomy and building confidence in performing postures. Developing self-awareness through yoga poses, breath work and some meditation with relaxation. Friendly, fun and a great way of staying flexible, strong and energised. Anna Stockley has been practising yoga for over twenty-five years. She is a qualified yoga instructor with a Teaching Diploma from the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY). She is also a fully certified Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga teacher which brings valuable benefits to her hatha yoga classes. Classes are located in the Cotswold Water Park area. Anna can also visit to provide 1:1 tuition or small private classes of 3 students (max). She also teaches yoga at schools and colleges.
