Beginners to Moderate Yoga Classes being held on Tuesday's and Thursday's at the Douglaston Community Church from 7:30 p.m. - 8:45p.m. Classes include: warm ups, stretches, meditation & relaxation. Pay per class or register for 12 classes and receive a discount. Per class cost is $18.00 or 12 classes for $170.00 - six months to use the 12 class pack. Call or e-mail for further information.
