South Moon Studio offers Yoga classes that help improve body awareness by learning the subtle details of the body within yoga postures. Drawing from the idea that we hold our emotions within the layers of the body, we learn to recognize our mental and emotional patterns. Working with the alignment of each yoga posture we improve flexibility and muscle joint mobility; strengthen, tone and build muscles; correct posture and encourage weight loss. The combination of a slow flow vinyasa also increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns in the body; relaxes the mind; centers attention; sharpens concentration; and frees the spirit.
All Classes are held at Falcon Beach School in the Whiteshell Provincial Park
