Hope Yoga offers a Christian approach to yoga that will help you become more physically fit while teaching you to quiet your mind so you can tune in to God's still, small voice. Kim has received a 200-hour certification through OM Yoga Studio, a certification from Judith Lasater for restorative yoga and has completed advanced teacher training under Hart Lazar.
