Individual teacher available to teach private/group lessons. I am a RYT-200, currently completing my RYT-500 certification. I have completed teacher training in Hatha and Fluid Power styles and am now studying Yin Yoga. I believe that my role as a yoga teacher is to empower you towards your highest potential and remind you how to let your breath and your Self be your ultimate teacher so you can experience total health!
