Incorporatedin 1972 by Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati, our purpose and aim is to provide an environment which develops, fosters and promotes the understanding that we are not separate from God, or I AM, through various physical, mental, intellectual, spiritual and healing disciplines. We provide a residential program for training in yoga, meditation and Sanskrit. The ashram holds weekly programs of silent Meditation, Vedic Fire ceremony and sanskrit chanting. The public is invited to our group meditations free of charge.
