Enjoy the benefits of yoga on an individual basis. Shannon is a 500-hour yoga educator and also a Certified Thai Yoga Massage therapist. Shannon began her yoga training in 2006 and continues to learn and take more teacher training and workshops. I believe that I will always be learning about yoga and that when I continue to keep up with my own practice then I can help my students to find their own practice.
