YogaFresh is a locally owned yoga studio appealing to ANY body looking to explore the health and wellness benefits from yoga and pilates. Our studio offers quality instruction from experienced Yoga Alliance Certifiied instructors for all levels of students from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners. Our classes at YogaFresh maintain an uplifting, non-judgmental environment for students to develop their physical, mental and spiritual growth. The unique and relaxing spa-like environment at YogaFresh offers our students a “fresh” take on what a yoga studio should be. YogaFresh offers a variety of classes daily including: heated and non-heated vinyasa flow yoga. restorative and gentle yoga, family yoga, hot and hot fusion yoga, mat pilates and yogilaties, yoga sculpt, yoga danceflow, prenatal and postnatal yoga programs, thai yoga bodywork and more.
