Regular hatha flow, power, fitness, pregnancy and mum and baby yoga/pilates classes in Beckenham, Elmers End and Bromley. Mixed ability classes for all ages, beginners welcome. Small group classes, individual tuition. Classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, releasing tension and stress, and proper alignement, and are with a qualified and experienced Instructor in a non-competitive, enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere.
