CM Yoga provides yoga and meditation instruction in a soothing, non-competitive atmosphere. Our Gentle classes are for everyone, all ages and fitness levels. Our Flow classes provide a more vigorous vinyasa practice. Meditation and restorative seminars are held regularly. CM Yoga also teaches classes at the world-renowned Albright Knox Art Gallery.
