Having practised in many different traditions of yoga including Iyengar, Satyananda, Vini Yoga and Ashtanga she offers a blend of hatha yoga that aims to help you tone up and wind down to create an overall feeling of well-being. Adult classes are based in Anstruther and are as follows:

Alison is qualified through Yoga Scotland (which is now recognised as the National Governing Body for Yoga in Scotland), holds a teaching certificate, through the British Wheel of Yoga, to Teach Children Yoga and with nationally recognised qualifications she is also a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals at Advanced Instructor Level (3). Her former career involved her working for 11 years in childcare and education and is now also focussing on taking children's classes into schools througout Fife.
