Our mission is to share the classic teachings of yoga as they have been passed down by Krishnamacharya, Desikachar, and their student Mary Louise Skelton. These teachings seek to support health, clarity, and inner freedom. They respect differences in age, abilities, culture, interests, and personal beliefs. We offer classes in yoga, mindfulness, Vedic chanting and philosophy.
