Art and Soul Space is an art gallery + yoga studio that provides a blissful place to open your senses. Various yoga styles including Hatha, Kripalu, Vinyasa, plus Pilates/barre and wellness workshops for new and experienced students of all backgrounds and abilities. Director Darlene Bradlee's classes are a joyful blend of alignment-based vinyasa with attention to breath and core integration. The five teachers at "The Space" are registered and experienced, respecting all levels of students and offer a compassionate and nurturing atmosphere in an environmentally conscious, beautifully lit studio overlooking marshland on Boston's South Shore.
