For many of us the concept of Blissful Living sounds attractive, but with the hectic, busy lives we lead, life can sometimes feel anything but blissful. Blissful Living offers Yoga, Hypnotherapy and Massage in order to work with you to find your own still calm centre in the midst of your busy lives. I have been practising yoga for 25 years and a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher for 10 years. I have been trained in Pregnancy Yoga through the British Wheel of Yoga post graduate programme for Yoga and Pregnancy.
