We offer 20 classes per week at 6 different levels. Our teachers are skilled and diverse in styles and personalities. We base our classes on the Universal Principles of Alignment from the Anusara style of yoga and we offer it in a vinyasa flow format. Our RYT 200 program is a 6 weekend program over 4 months.
