Yoga is a wonderful opportunity to practice all-in-one breathing with movement. I have a small "yoga room" at my townhouse and I can accommodate up to 2 students. Ideally, I offer private instruction to beginners in a soft yet challenging sequence of poses design to help you achieve whatever goals you may have. I am a CYT (certified yoga teacher) since 2004.
