Wild Mountain Yoga Center is nestled in the Sierra Nevada Foothills between Nevada City and Grass Valley, California. Our beautiful studios have wood floors, natural light and a nourishing atmosphere. Our teachers offer guidance on our journey of self acceptance and lasting well being and are committed to creating a strong sense of community. Classes include Yoga, T'ai Chi Ch'uan, Pilates, and Meditation. Beginners and first-timers are always welcome.
