Yoga Sanctuary is a peaceful, safe haven where beginners and experienced practitioners are equally welcomed. Kripalu Yoga is taught for beginners, those with special needs like pregnancy, arthritis, fibromyalgia, for example, as well as those who prefer a dynamic class. Meditation groups, Reiki sessions, free Reiki Clinics and workshops are offered as antidotes to life in our speeded up world and, more importantly, as tools for Self realization. Priscilla Anne Flynn, a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor. certified Thai Yoga Therapy Bodyworker and certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, has over 35 years experience in education, yoga and metaphysics.
