We offer 18 classes per week, including various levels and styles of yoga (Iyengar, Kripalu, Restorative, Anusara, and Power Yoga), Meditation, Tai Chi, and belly dancing taught by 9 Yoga Alliance certified instructors. Our studio is state-of-the-art and we supply all mats and props. Sunflower yoga also offers monthly special events and workshops as well as on-going art exhibits.
