Offering small group yoga classes, individual lessons and yoga therapy in the Exeter area in addition to retreats and training courses in Devon. The main emphasis of my teaching is the ability to be in the present moment. For the greater part of our lives we allow the mind to ?time travel? moving backward into memory and forward into the future, I like to explore how it feels and what it means to be a little more present in our daily lives.
