Dancing Lotus Center is located next to the Parrot on the Walking Mall downtown Helena. We offer 8 classes in NIA Dance and 7 Yoga classes a week. The Center opened in May 2007 offering studio space for rent to other classes and teachers. Massage and Psychotherapies on premise as well. We welcome all bodies, all levels finding joy in movement. Gentle to dynamic multilevel classes. Kelly Baraby and Kim Erica Schleicher are certified teachers with over 15 yrs of study and teaching offering a wealth of knowledge in the paths of Yoga. We have a class for you where ever you are, adaptations and levels. Restorative yoga and therapeutics are a part of every class. ?How can we teach the student how to live more fully in their being and find healing vs doing Asana for just the Physical benefit?, this is what drives both Kim and Kelly in their desire to share this work.
