Bala Vinyasa (BV) Yoga is a 200- and 500-Hour Registered Yoga School and one of only 27 Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Affiliate Studios worldwide. We offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels seven days a week with world-class instruction from experienced and inspirational teachers. We provide private yoga sessions for individuals or small groups and host distinguished international guest teachers, special interest workshops, continuing education classes, and community events in an immaculate, inviting space. The BV Spa provides a serene space for massage therapies, including deep tissue, Swedish and Thai. The BV Boutique is a destination for stylish yoga and lifestyle clothing, mats and props, books, DVDs, gifts, and much more. Our classes include Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Kids Yoga (4 – 8 Year Olds), Power Yoga Basics, Slow Flow Restorative, Therapeutic Yoga, Tween Power Hour Yoga, and Yoga Level 1 and 2.
