In a Svaroopa yoga class we work with poses specifically for opening the spine. Precise body alignment and supported poses are used for the purpose of releasing spinal tension and promoting deep relaxation and healing. We offer classes appropriate for all levels of ability. Group classes are available for beginners through advanced students. We also offer workshops, meditation instruction and private yoga therapy sessions.
