I have been teaching yoga and giving Shiatsu sessions in the Portola Valley/Woodside/Palo Alto area for over 17 years. I offer private Yoga Lessons and/or Shiatsu sessions in your home. Group privates and yoga parties are fun and very popular with my students. Sessions are customized according to your goals and needs. I teach with an emphasis on how to get the most for your efforts without hurting yourself. Sessions may be very gentle and therapeutic, or very active and strengthening. I specialize in bridal parties and gift certificates for brides, their families, and attendants.
