My love for yoga began over 8 years ago when I attended the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee for Therapeutic Recreation. Working with people with disabilities as a Recreation Specialist has given me the inspiration to create a number of innovative, flowing routines that are safe as exercise for all ages and shapes, including seniors and people with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
My goal is to provide families with an opportunity to have fun, express their selves and improve their overall quality of life.
