We present a comprehensive system suitable for all from beginners, infirm, aged through to advanced levels; physical through to esoteric. We aim to provide a nurturing, growth situation with high quality knowledgeable tuition and opportunity for any student to progress to any level through our weekly class schedule, regular workshops/retreats and Yoga Alliance registered teacher training courses. Ashram Yoga's unique teaching style is based on Paramahamsa Satyananda's innovative and progressive system, and also includes the senior instructor's 35 years each experience of teaching yoga.
