I hold yoga classes at Waipapa Hall on Wednesdays and Kaikohe on Wednesdays I also teach children yoga and I am currently involved with dance and yoga on Fridays - Bendyballet. I am also taking enrollments for 'Magic in Movement' this incorporates yoga, music, rhythm, dance and story telling. Personal yoga coaching/yoga therapy is available, $50.00 an hour, discounts available if 4 sessions booked in advance or more. My influences are dance, sports such as surfing and windsurfing, having studied dance and I have also been trained by yoga teachers who have come from ballet and contemporary dance backgrounds. I have spent time in London working with the Sivananda Devananda Yoga Centre and more recently with the Auckland Yoga Acadamy - Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
