The Yoga of Energy Flow 200/500 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings with Daniel Orlansky, Director, and distinguished faculty (including Liz Owen, Chip Hartranft, Barbara Benagh, Douglas Keller, and others) will be offered at the Arlington Center for Yoga, 369 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington MA 02476 beginning in September 2010. Informational meetings for both Yoga Alliance approved programs will take place at the Arlington Center on 1 August 12-2 pm and 8 September 7:30-8:30 pm. The core study is based around vinyasa flow yoga in which breath, movement and asana are combined with correct alignment and sequence into a transformational practice. Students will leave this training fully prepared to teach vinyasa style yoga classes and will have a comprehensive understanding of yoga asana, pranayama, anatomy of yoga, hands-on assists, shiatsu/thai bodywork, ayurveda, yogic philosophy, mudras and meditation techniques.
