Sky House Yoga is a donation based wellness collective consisting of educators, holistic health practitioners, and community members who all share a commitment to the health of our planet and the creation of a sustainable global economy. Through yoga, astrology, herbal medicine, wellness services and holistic training courses, it is our goal to light the many paths an individual can walk for healing and well-being. At the core of our teaching philosophy we believe that the wisdom of the eastern and yogic traditions combined with the medicine of the plants and the teachings of the planets create a progressive platform for major transformation. As a healing collective we've built a safe, home-like space for people to do this often challenging but deeply rewarding work. At Sky House Yoga we believe that when we practice and study together consistently, with two feet on the ground, that the entire planet changes. Our planet starts to feel more like home. We offer weekly yoga classes, workshops, and a seven-month Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher Training Program focusing on the craft of teaching yoga beginning each September.
