After having practiced yoga for ten years, Jenny soon discovered that one of her greatest joys would be teaching Yoga. She gathers her influences from her main teachers, and combines Hatha Yoga with mindfulness meditation, artistic energy, and an honoring of individuality. She believes that Yoga is practiced most effectively with our eyes closed and our hearts open. Jenny places a special emphasis on offering her students opportunities to build inner strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress in a safe and non-competitive environment.
