Originally informed by the teachings of T Krishnamacharya, the Vajra Pani Yoga Training emphasizes balancing precision in alignment, fluidity in movement, and freedom in stillness. The Vajra Pani Yoga Teacher Training / Advanced Studies is a 200-hour program developing practice, technique, and methodology in Asana (Iyengar & Vinyasa primarily), Pranayama, and Meditation. The curriculum also includes the study and application of Anatomy and Ayurveda. Students develop insight into the heart of Yoga studying Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and the Buddha's teachings on mindfullness and compassion. Towards the end of the Training, participants naturally evolve into the Craft of Teaching. A teaching Certificate will be given upon fulfilling the 200-hour training.
