I am a lifelong yogi and a practicing biochemist. I teach yoga most scientifically using a combination of yoga posture and meditation under careful supervision so that a student can experience total relaxation in the state of full mind-body harmony. I teach one class at 8am and one at 5pm daily in my small studio that accomodates about 5 people
