Open to students of all levels, classes or private lessons. Yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breath/life force) are guided from an inner focus on the multi-dimensionality of the body, encouraging moving at your own pace from self-awareness. When body, mind and breath are able to settle, clarity and calmness are the result, clearing the path for the healing, vital life force which is our true nature. Release restrictions in the body/mind, such as tension, stress and dis-ease, enabling awareness of the flow of consciousness throughout.
