The Shadow Yoga system is accessible and challenging for anybody, whether well reversed in Yoga or pure Beginner.

Immersing yourself in a daily yoga practice, away from your daily Routines and Chores, your body will be cleansed from toxins and your mind will feel more steady. Through rhythm, breath and repetition you will be inspired to find your inner wisdom and fire. At the end of the (two) weeks you will feel more refreshed and relaxed than ever.

The time schedule will allow for personal space/time to explore the area or relax on the grounds.
