With teacher-training in Iyengar, Kripalu, and Anusara styles of yoga, and 20 years teaching experience, I offer a safe, sequential program of postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation and yogic philosophy. Variations on postures make my yoga classes accessible to virtually all body types. Great for stress management!
