Yoga Classes are generally a flow from gentle to strong Vinyasa's. Yoga can be very personal & everyone does it for their own reason, it maybe just be exercise, body awareness or inner peace, whatever your reason for doing yoga , Bent yoga will keep students needs always in mind, with an awareness towards breath, focus the mind & deep relaxation. As I am a experienced yoga instructor I can give you whatever type of yoga class you would like, however, this depends on your health, age and many other factors. Practicing in a safe manor avoiding any injuries is always most important in my method of teaching. My students are always encouraged to work at their own level and according to their own needs.
