Constance has practiced Yoga for 18 years. She teaches a blended, restorative and meditative style of Yoga. She obtained her 200 RYT-National Yoga Alliance Certification from The Living Yoga Program in Austin, TX. and her 500 RYT from Wise Ways in Columbus, OH. She is a member of The International Association of Yoga Therapists and is Relax & Renew Certified, via Judith Lasater.
